Architectural Job Captain

Seeking self-motivated job captain for growing Architecture and Interiors Firm.  Candidate shall have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience and include the following skills sets:

  1. Ability to complete basic interiors filing, construction and bidding drawings.

  2. Prepare details for unique design conditions.

  3. Work well with design team including architectural and interior designers as well as project engineers and outside consultants.

  4. Review of shop drawings and experience working collaboratively during construction administration phases of projects.

 Required skill sets:

  • Positive & constructive communication skills!

  • Autocad

  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Use of basic office equipment, scanners, printers, plotters, etc.

  • Work experience in commercial interiors, retail, foodservice preferred.

 Preferred skills A+:

  • Autodesk Revit

  • MS Project

  • Sketchup

  • Photoshop

  • Comchek/Reschek

  • NCARB Certification or Licensure Candidate

 Full-time compensation to include Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage and flexible hours- Pay scale $65-75k/year.

 Architectural Project Manager

Seeking self-motivated Project Manager for growing Architecture and Interiors Firm.  Candidate shall have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience and include the following skills sets:

  1. Ability to review and mark-up filing, construction and bidding drawings.

  2. Prepare/review details for unique design conditions.

  3. Work well with design team including architectural and interior designers as well as project engineers and outside consultants.

  4. Review of shop drawings and experience working collaboratively during construction administration phases of projects.

  5. Constructively and positively manage junior staff; inclusive of mentoring.

 Required skill sets:

  • Positive & constructive communication skills!

  • Autocad

  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project

  • Comchek/Reschek

  • Use of basic office equipment, scanners, printers, plotters, etc.

  • Work experience in commercial interiors, retail, foodservice preferred.

 Preferred skills A+:

  • Autodesk Revit

  • Sketchup

  • Photoshop

  • ARE’s in progress

 Full-time compensation to include Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage and flexible hours. Pay scale $75-90k/year.
